Where do phones connected to a UC520 get their time? I have a site where all phone display's are off by 4 min.
The IOS is set to use a .gov NTP.
And Unity Ex is set to use the same NTP
CCME is coded in system time, yet all seem off

The phones get their time via SCCP messages which are based off of the UC520 clock.
Use these commands to make sure your NTP is configured correctly:
show ntp association
show clock
Otherwise, you can try upgrading your phone firmware as that fixes a large percentage of time problems (notably DST).
