7941 speed dial problem!

Hi experts,

I got a user whose profile in CCM is 7941 and logged in 7941 unit. When config with speed dial, it don't appear. However when tired to login to another unit say 7960, it appears. Tried it myself & it works on 7960 but not on 7941.

Any related bugs?

Check the phone button template of 7941. Is it 1 line + 1 speed dial. In this case you will get one speed dial to configure.

Also, are you trying to configure using ccmadmin or ccmuser

The template is set to "Standard 7941". After setting it to line 1, all is good.
