Dears,

I did a mistake when inserting 400 phones, instead of 7941 G-GE template i selected 7941 template and i inserted all phones in CUCM by 7941 now i am getting the registration rejected error mismatch,  i have seen in forums and everybody saying because of phone model mismatch.

Is there any way to change all 400 phones without deleting from database.

No, you cannot change the phone model once it's in the DB, you would need to delete and reconfigure them (they're not working either way, so, don't see why you don't want to delete them)
