7942g kx-ncp500 not transferred call

7942g excellent call with ncp500, but then i need transfer to another telefone number nothing happen.

I can hold a call, even when the push transfer the first line hangs and I can return to it after talking on the other line. But transfer i can. I push transfer button twice, i try hang up but call is rejected.

Panasonic service told me that PBX in the SIP understands only re-invite command.

Is it possible to configure the phone to try?

Cisco does not support their phones with third party POBX. So if somethign doesn;t work, you're on your own.

I found a solution to the problem. Maybe it will help someone.

Panasonic NCP\TDE PBX does not understand the signal "transfer" .So you need to press "hold" and then make a second call and hang up after the response.

In this case, the call is transferred.
