Custtomer on 8.5 CUCM, trying to upgrade phones load image. The phone is registered, and the new load image shows up in the TFTP file list, and in the drop down selection list in the phone parameters window, but the phone status messages show 'file not found', and the phone does not upgrade. The file name it can't find matches the file name showing in CUCM. Any suggestions? Thanks.
