Got an issue with several 7945 handsets, thaty randomly lose the ability to use the keys in response to IVR systems. An example being loging into Unity Connection mailboxes. A reboot of the phone via the PoE cable restores services for a period of time. CUCM version - 184.108.40.20600 Phone load - SCCP45.9-2-1S
If anyone has any info on this issue please let me know - or even any intial troubleshooting steps would be very useful.
Thats the one Aokanlawon that matches my senario in terms of load versions and sees to match the symptoms etc. I updated all the 7945 last Friday and so far so good no one has reported the issue in 3 days. So looks like this is the fix. Will leave for another week then say its the solution.
