7960 directory acting wierd

When we go to directory services and try to search user and type for e.g "A" it displays as "N" and so on..when type "E" it shows 3/4. How to rectify this problem? is it because of the 7960 Template. We are using CUCM 10 recently deployed.

Can you provide the phone button template you are using and if this phone is using any type of locales?  Also, what version of UCM are you using?
