Home setup 2801 with cme , 7960 phone at sccp 3008005 try to upgrade to sccp 30102 phone goes through all proper steps and at last second says wrong version and reverts to it's old ways.I have checked spellings and locations of files and can't find an error. I have upgraded many times with no problems and am now stumped. Can't locate meaning of "wrong version" applied to phones on Cisco site. Am I missing something basic?
