Is there another way to reset a 7960 to factory default? I have tried the standard sequence but that put the phone into a loop.

The loop is likely due to incorrect software being supplied to the phone.

I have locked phone with following software:
* Application Load ID: P0S3-06-2-00
* Boot Load ID: PC030301
* DSP Load ID: PS03AT38
Additionaly in network configuration TFTP server and IP address had the same value.
