7960's power cycle on their own

Hi,

I am having a problem where every once in a while we have certain Cisco 7960 (SIP v7.4) phones power cycle on their own. This can happen right in the middle of a conversation. Looking at some of the Cisco logs shows no error messages or direct problems. We have tried multiple things, such as placing the phone on a UPS and having it connected also via a Cisco 3524-PWR switch. Both still cause the probems.

Anyone have any ideas what else i could look at, that might be causing these phones to reboot on their own.

Hi,

These are most likely software crashes. Please upgrade image on the phone and chances are it won't happen anymore.
