7961 (9.0.3) Voice Recording problem?

Hello to all,

We have 4 contact centres 3 use 7960's one has 7961 phones,

We upgraded to CUCM 7.1(5) and thus upgraded the 7961 to 9.0.3,

Since the upgrade the recording was not working at all form the 7961's.

We have downgraded them back to 8.5(4), hey presto, recording is now working again??

Could anyone please give any suggestions or better still conclude this may be a bug.

Hi Rich,

This does not seem to be a Bug, but rather a change in SCCP Protocol version

in 9.0.(3) as captured nicely in the attached thread where Joe was having this exact

same issue with this new firmware and 7961's
