7961 ip phone not registering with ccm4.1.3

hi,

ccm version 4.1.3

lattest ccm patch installed.

this phone is connected with 7914 also

phone is successfully completing booting process, it taking dhcp, tftp also.

end time it showing

"Registration regected:error registration mismatch "

these type of error showing the phone.

can you pls help me

You probably set up the phone using Phone type 7961G-GE, I have experienced this before.

Just delete and re-configure using type 7961.
