I have a 7961 phone with 7914 Expansion module. On the expansion module, all the lines are red.

Hi
First, you don't seem to have a load file set up for the 7914 - it has it's own firmware that you need to specify in a 'load' command under telephony-service (the filename is prefixed S001, e.g. S00103020002)... also make sure it's available over tftp as with the other load files.
Secondly, you have buttons 1 and 2 assigned to DNs 1 and 32 respectively.. once you have the firmware downloaded OK you will need to assign DNs to the buttons on the module.
