I have a 7961 that I connected to a GB switch and it powers up and works fine. When I connect it to a 100MB switch it does not power up at all. Any suggestions?

What are the switch types you are connecting to?

We have 2 different blades I have tried at this point, both plugged into a 6500 series chassis:
WS-X6348 and WS-X6148-RJ45V
