7961g SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting a 7961g with SIP firmware to register with my SIP Proxy.   I've used wireshark to see whats going on at a packet level and the phone sends its DHCP requests and gets an ack fine.   It then requests a file via TFTP CTLSEP001BD40BA758.tlv which isnt there, then requests this file: SEP001BD40BA758.cnf.xml, after that there is nothing and as there are no SIP packets coming from it I would asume its a problem with this file.   Can anyone see if there is anything wrong with it?

Thanks
