After upgrading CallManager Express to a newer version, only 1 IP phone 7961GE failed, when the phones starts to boot, it seems to be normal but after a few seconds the first 3 speed-dial buttons are in ambar and then the screen is gray, and nothing else do.
I reset the phone and I enable a debug where it seems that upgrades the firmware, but the phone still unregistered.
I already made the factory reset and it's the same, I enable the debug and the phones reaches the tftp server and upgrades the files during this time there is nothing on screen, is all gray, then on reboot there are several tones of gray on screen and the phone is unregistered, I can't either ping tp it.
