7962 IP phone failed to boot up

Hello everyone,

I have 10+ spare Cisco 7962 IP phones were problem to bootup when I plugin to a CUCM operating network; these IP phones were not powered up long time ago.


When I connect the 7962 IP phones to PoE switch, the LED show up as below:

1: All LED on, then off

2: Headset on, then off

3 Mute on, then off,

4 Speaker keep on

There's nothing show up on the main screen. I've tried "press & hold" the "#" key to make it factory default, but the same result I got.

Could someone please assist me to try diagnose whats is the issue with devices?
