I have installed a new 7962G IP phone onto a CallManager running version 188.8.131.5202-1 software. The IP Phone version is 8-4-3, and the 7915 version is B015-1-0-3.
The 7962 comes up okay and works fine. We can make and receive calls. However, even though I have configured the phone with a 7915 12 button module on the config screen and reset the phone, the 7915 fails to come up and remains with all of the lights lit and the cisco logo showing.
