7962 won't ring on second line

This is an odd one.  A professional has a 7962 phone. If line one is active the next call goes to line 2. I added the primary line 1 to both of her admin assistants as a 3rd line on their phone so they can monitor when she is on the phone. Now if the professional is on her primary line on an active call then line 2 doesn't ring but line 1 that was added on the assistants phones rings.

The assistants both have 7960 phones. \

I have removed the professionals primary line from the assistants phone for the time being and the bug is gone.

We have multiple configs very similar to this all throught the office but most of them are 7960's so this might be the first one of its kind in regards to this particular issue.

Make sure that the Busy Trigger for the newly added primary line is set to 1
