7962G not install firmware with ccme

Hi,

i'm installing CCME with ios 15.0(1r)M16 and with CME version 9.1, i'm trying toconfigure a 7962 telephone, intially i've decompressed to the router the firmware for this telephone and configured the tftp server, when the telephone starts it doesn't update the firmware to my version (9.2.1), the telephone brings the version 9.3.1.3, so i thinked that the problem is the version from the phone is newer than mine version, so i've made a soft factory reset, after tis i saw the telephone doanloading the first file from the firmware but never updates, so i've installed in the CME a older version (8.3.3.S) the problem persists, and i've done a hard factory reset, and now the telephone stils with the same problem and never updates de the firmware i've the follwing files in flash:

in telephony service i've configured the load command like that:

load 7962 term62.default

The output of debug tftp evensts is like that:

Anyone have a clue about this problem and how can i install a firmware in this telephone?

These must be new phones with new hardware revision which do not support anything below 9.3.1, so the downgrade will not work.  This was asked here few times in the last few months, your only option is to keep the current version or install newer one.  Why would you want to go down to 8.3.3 makes no sense, remember phone firmwares are independent of CME version and you can upgrade them to whatever you choose.

ok, the problem is, i can't find this version of firmware for CCME in Cisco site, only the version 9.2.1 and the phone doesn't install this version and has no other version.

You should be able to use the .zip file from CUCM and extract your files:

Yes, you're right, the version 15 from hardware of the 7962 doesn't support firmware versions older than 9.3(1).
