Hi,
I am in the process of adding a 7965 and 7916 onto my CUCM v 6.1.1.2000-3.
I only have 2 7965's 1xSCCP and 1xSIP.
SCCP to be able to to hold a 7916 but I cannot see on the device settings a option for 7916.
I have uploaded the latest firmware for both phone and sidecar
cmterm-7945_7965-sccp.8-4-2.cop.sgn
cmterm-7916.1-0-3.cop.sgn , but I am think I might need to perform a device upload to the CUCM?
Also I have added the latest fimware to to 7965 device default cmterm-7945_7965-sccp.8-4-2.cop.sgn and re-added the phone manually as 7965 SCCP but it doesnt seem to download the new firmware?
Any help would be great!
