7965 Call Display Issue

We have an issue regarding the call display on the 7965/7942 phones.  Here it goes....

When  we receive a call on either a 7965 with multiple lines configured, and  the call is placed on hold, we see a call display with the incoming  number flashing on the display.

When  a second call comes in on the second line and placed on hold, the call  display overlays the line 1 call display like a blanket and the line 1  call is hidden from the user.  Any idea's how I can correct this  anomoly??

Use the up/down button to focus on the desired call and its status.

You can use the phone button (right side button) to select the first line since it won't be shown, however this will resume the held call, but it will allow the user to see the call on the first line again on the display.
