We're in the process of rolling out CUCM 8.5 and couple(2 so far) of our phones wont log missed, received and placed calls.
Log Missed Calls checkbox is checked. Tried unchecking it and rechecking but still no worky:(
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...
Searching for "log missed calls" on this forum seems that doing factory reset on the phones resolved this issue for quite a few folks.
You are been hit by following bug
