7965 Phones don't show up on CM5.1

Hello Folks,

The 7965 phones don't show up on my CM5.1. I have installed the latest ES (cisco-ipt-k9-patch-es5.1.2.3104-1.tar.gz.sgn)for the CM5.1 and also installed "cmterm-7945_7965-sccp.8-3-3.cop.sgn" as the load to support 7965 phones. I have rebooted the server after the upgrade to the new ES and also restarted the TFTP service after installing the load. I still don't see the 7965 profile in the Device Default Configuration page. Could someone please let me know if I am missing something. Please note that the ES and the load have only been installed in the Publisher.

Verify you meet the minimum requirements using this link:

maybe the version or the devpack are not the right ones
