7965G IP Phone not going into Voice mail after 4 rings.

Hello This Val , can someone tell me how to fix this problem.

ISSUE

Cisco IP Phone 7965g: The Call manager Unity does have the correct setting but the phone still not (After 4 Rings) going to voicemail.

Hi Val,

On the DN config page in CUCM can you please check the Forward No Answer

CSS (calling search space) and the  No Answer Ring Duration timer;

Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings
Voice Mail Destination Calling Search Space
Calling Search Space Activation Policy
or
Secondary Calling Search Space for Forward All
or

Do you have the right VM profile and CFNA settings??

Is this the only DN that has that behavior?

This worked out great, I edited the DN Config page and just checked the correct option.

Hi Rob what do you know about the following.

My TFTP Server cannot communicate to my Cisco 6500 E Switch which is the DHCP SERVER.

How can I fix this?????
