Hi experts,
One of my 7970 ip phone sometimes getting unregister and then automatically registering .No other phone experiencing this problem .
I am attaching the trace file ,please give me any idea about this problem,and how i can solve it..
mac add for the specified phone is:SEP0011BB1BC584

Try updating with the latest ip phone firmware.

Try looking in the event viewer for transient connections. There is a reason code that will be in there. Post the reason code and you should have the exact reason why this unregistered.
