7970 ip phones getting unregistering from CCM 4.1

Hi experts,

One of my 7970 ip phone sometimes getting unregister and then automatically registering .No other phone experiencing this problem .

I am attaching the trace file ,please give me any idea about this problem,and how i can solve it..

mac add for the specified phone is:SEP0011BB1BC584

Try updating with the latest ip phone firmware.

Try looking in the event viewer for transient connections. There is a reason code that will be in there. Post the reason code and you should have the exact reason why this unregistered.

Explanation: A connection was established and immediately dropped before completing registration. Incomplete registration may indicate a device is rehoming in the middle of registration. The alarm could also indicate a device misconfiguration, database error, or an illegal/unknown device trying to attempt a connection.

Recommended Action: No action is required if this event was issued as a result of a normal device rehome..

Explanation: A device that has previously registered with Cisco CallManager has unregistered. This event may be issued as part of normal unregistration event or due to some other reason such as loss of keepalives.

Recommended Action: No action is required if unregistration of this device was expected..

The timeout waiting for the performance data collection function "PerfDisk" in the "C:\WINNT\system32\perfdisk.dll" Library to finish has expired. There may be a problem with this extensible counter or the service it is collecting data from or the system may have been very busy when this call was attempted.

Reason Code 9 is normal condition so you dont need to worry about it.
