7970 RingList.xml

Maybe I am overlooking something incredibly obvious. But I got my tones and RingList.xml in TFTP server and it still says "Ring List Unavailable!"

Ideas?

Sorry for the newbie question, haha, but this is driving me nuts.

try restarting the TFTP service

make sure the phone is looking at the TFTP where you have the file
