OK, I have been experiencing time problems and a couple of other little issues on my 7970G's, which have been pretty much untouched since we installed CME. As a result of that as well as a notification I recieved from my Cisco vendor about patches for upcoming summer-time changes in the US, I have been looking to upgrade the firmware on the 7970G phones.

There is no load shown for the 7970 phones.. is this correct? The 7970s have been working fine (aside from the time sync problems) since we started using them in March of 2006. Should there be anything listed for them?
Also, I am a little unclear on what firmware I should be using. We are using SCCP. The firmware I can find available for download on Cisco's website only lists CallManager versions for compatibility -- not CME. Are there different files for CME?
