7971G-GE hangs

Hi,

I have a couple of 7971's that will not boot up, can't even perform a factory reset on the phones. I've tried booting up with a power block as well but all I see is the speaker light on and that's it!

Is the phone now dead or is there anyway to recover?

Application boot loader might be corrupted. Please send the following information:

Where there any recent changes to the firmware on this phone?

Have you tried the phone on more than one switchport? Is this a phone with CME or CallManager setup?

No recent changes with firmware and yes I have tried in different switch ports.

Currently running Call Manager 5.1.3
