7975 call quality issue

hi all

i am having issues with call quality. no other phones are having issues. i have checked cmr and record shows no jitter. i have checked the stream1 on the phone and max jitter is 18. do you guys think its related to firmware. can anyone suggest me what else i should be looking like traces etc that would be very helpful.

7975 call quality issue

for voice quality issues, traces are of no help.

in traces u can check the signallg, for voice quality related issue, you need to collect the packet capture.
