I am having problem with my cisco 7985G phone. when phone is booting it is taking the IP and default gateway address but it is not taking the TFTP server IP Address. my another 7985G and 7941 phones are working properly. Main problem is 7985G phone showing the resolving TFTP address and it is stucking there. when i tried to configure manually , TFTP IP address is not saving to phone. Please help me in this issue. Thanks in advance

Could you swap the 7985g ip phone with anyother phone on the same port and see if it works,if it works then it could be some problem with the ip phone
