8.4.4 firmware upload

CM 5.1.3 we are trying to upload a new firmware version to phones. We have a couple phone models we are upgrading. 7941/61/11. After we download the firmware and install it to the server, we restart tftp. We verified that the firmware has changed on the device defaults tab. After trying to reset a phone the phone (on all three models) errors out with a cannot find load error. Has anyone ran into this issue with 5.1.3, any suggestions?

Hi,

How many CUCM servers do you have? Have you installed the firmware files on all your CUCM servers or just the PUB? If just the Pub make sure you install it on all the severs.

Also, make sure that DB replication is working fine. If replication is broken it could cause issues like this.
