8811 right button speed dial problem

Hi,

I installed CUCM and ipphone 8811 , 7861 and 7811

I configured phone button template for 8881 ,7861 and 7811.

for example i can add 10 speed dial button for 8811 . But i can see only left button (5 SD) on the phone. i can not see righ button.

You can see CUCM and ip phone version .

How can i resolve this problem ?

Set the "Line Mode" setting on the device to "Enhanced Line Mode" which will allow you to use the 5 sessions buttons as line buttons instead.

Thanks for help. your recommanded is work.
But only work for 8811.
I can not see Enhanced Line Mode for 7861.
I tried 7861 and only 5 button is working but not work more button

How can i resolve for 7861 ?

That feature is only available on 88XX models. Other models you are limited to the line buttons as they are only at this point.
