88xx Icons Missing in CCMAdmin

I've just applied the latest device pack ( cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.12045 ) to my 9.1 cluster to enable support for the new handsets. Support for the new handsets works fine, except for a trivial issue in CCMAdmin: There are no icons for the new 88xx phones!

Missing Icons

 

Is this a known feature? I can't see anything in BugTrack.

I hope you are doing well.

After you apply device pack , did you restart  the Pub , and subscriber if you have existing subscriber ?. 

 

*to apply a device :

A-Apply on all nodes
B-Reboot all nodes in cluster starting from Publisher

This could be a cosmetic bug

suggest opening TAC case since the fimrware 10.2(1) has also lot of bugs.
