8945 Contacts Problem

We are using CUCM 8.0.3. We installed the 9.2.2 cop file of 8945 and all 8945 are working fine now. The problem is when we press contacts button it didnt show us the personal or corporate directory. It says "Host not found". When I checked the status messages It says that can not download ctl file from 10.100.0.5(The publisher ip address). From other phones we can use the corporate directory with LDAP. How can we use contacts.

Please help.

I have found this bug with a similar kind of issue to yours

Symptom:

8945 Phone Corporate Directory With CUCM 8.6.2.20000-2 may fail

Conditions:

When pressing the directory button you will see "Unsupported XML Object"

Workaround:

None

Waiting Release 9.2.3

I have the downloads page 9.2.3 is not yet released.

It seems that these are similar issues. What do you think of CTL error in status. I think that may be it is related with CTL.

Do you have any idea?

Hi,

Just a guess but CTL is Certificate trust so it may be that something needs to

using HTTPS instead of HTTP
