8945 Disable Video in CM Admin

I am trying to disable video for 12 phones through CM Admin without changing the setting on each phone. I also do not want users to be able to enable video. Does anyone know if this is possible? If so, how do I go about it?

I've already changed the settings under Device, Phone, and Product Specific Configuration Layout to "Video Capabilities: Disabled." I've also setup a Common Phone Profile with "Cisco Camera: Disabled" and "Video Calling: Disabled (Checked for Override Common Settings)."

Any suggestions?

That should do it, did it not work? Did you reset the phones?

Just to add to Chris, what version of firmware/did you upgrade the firmware?
