8945 On-Hook Dialing Problem

Hi All,

i have a weired Problem with 8945 Phones and On-Hook Dialing. When i dial an external PSTN Number via On-Hook Dialing the dialed number is shown twice in the Display sometimes.

For Example:

- I enter 01555666777888

- Press Dial

- Number shows as 01555666777888 (the first few seconds)

- Then the dialed Number shows 0155566677788801555666777888

My setup is as Follows:

8945 Phone --SCCP--> CUCM---MGCP-QSIG-E1 GW 1 --->HiPath PBX---->PSTN

                                             |-MGCP-QSIG-E1 GW 2 --|

My Software Versions are as follows:

Phone: 9.3.1-19 (SCCP)

CUCM: 8.6.2.21900-5

Gateways: 15.2.(3)T1

Has anybody seens this before and does anybody know how to correct this?

Any help is welcome.

Hi,

This is a bug that is corrected with an ES firmware.

Ask TAC for fw sccp 9-3-1-es2-1
