8945 PC port issue


We have issue with all our 8945 IP Phone on the PC Port, in fact all our users pc have 1G network card and the 8945 PC port are also 1G but the phone port connecting to our access switch are in 100M du the limitation of our Switch 3750 10/100, the issue is phone ports are in auto negotiate as well as Switch and PC but in this configuration PC have very poor performance max (24Mbps) if I force manually the PC port on the Phone on 100M Full I will be able to download at 100M, but this is a workaround for me and I cannot change the physical phone PC port for all our 1500 users to have the best performance.

Any one has or heart and have a resolution for this issue??
