8961 and CME 8.6

I am trying to configure an extension for a user with an 8961 that has a  "share" button assignment instead of "normal"?

No problem on a 7945 or similar phone but the 8961 doesnt seem to the option in CCA3.2?

I tried using extension mobility and assigning a phone profile with a share button, but on selecting 8961 the phone profile disspears...

I was sort of hoping I could monitor other lines on the button assignments as well. Is the 8961 an inferior phone?

The 8961 is a SIP phone only, so you can't do line monitor keys like you can on 7945s which are SCCP phones.  SIP phones have slightly different features that can be programmed for them.  You wouldn't be able to share a line across a SCCP and a SIP phone with CME.
