8961 BLF does not show DND state and Ringing state

Hi guys,

anyone can advise how o troubleshoot this issue of not able to display DND state and ringing state on BLF/SD button?

I am encountering some phones are able to show and some phones does not.

Any advise will be great.

Did you check if the device presence css can monitor those devices?

Hi

    Did you managed to fix the issue,I got the same issue with 8961(not showing the ringing or busy state), BLF working for some extensions(8945sccp extensions) and not working for one extension(8961sip) in the same phone(8961sip),  though the CSS and the subscribe css is assigned at the device level which includes the partition of the monitoring extension, also reseted the phone, still the issue exists. Please help if anyone know on this.
