8961 call features don't work on CME 10.0

Hi all,

I installed the 8961 using sip on CME 10.0, and I have configured the feature-buttons on the template which includes call pickup.

these feature buttons can display on the screen. But when I use these buttons, I get the busy tone, that means these feature buttons don't work.

Otherwise all configuration under voice register template X - will not be displayed on the phone.

Are there any other setting steps for using these call features?

Also if I press cfwd all softkey after pressing the first digit I will get an busy tone. Anybody has an hint to solve the issue ?

Hi @stefan-walter,

In the telephony-service configuration, type the following:

telephony-service

 call-park system application

 service directed-pickup gpickup

 cnf-file location flash:

 cnf-file perphone

 no create cnf-files

 create cnf-files

Also, you can remove the feature-button from the voice register pool 1 if you want.
