8961 IP Phone losing its background image

We just deployed 200 8961s at a single building. Everything went as expected, except that the users have found that the background image reverts back to the Cisco blue splash after 15-20 minutes. We have deployed 500+ of these phones at a different location (same profile, etc) and they are not having this problem. We are testing to see if the image is at fault for some reason? Is there a setting in the CM that controls this?

Hi

THere is no centralised background image control in CUCM - just the ability to serve the images via TFTP.

How have you deployed the images? Via the user preferences menu?
