MGCP Gateway w/PRI
I am having an issue where the 911 call center is not receiving our local address only our DID number when calls are placed through the PRI. The telecom is telling me they can't associate an addresses with our DID. Is there any way I can associate our local address with the DID on the PBX side, either through the gateway or call manager?

You should be able to contact your local 911 center and they can update the record for this number with the correct address.

With an MGCP gateway all you can do is changing the config on CUCM.
I don't know if this is valid, but you could try this:
Locate the 911 Route Pattern and inject the number into the Calling Party Transformation Mask field.
