/942G issue

I Have 3 7942G phone, I'm trying to configure the network settings, but the phones didn't keep the data. Also they didn't discover the DHCP server. after I setup the network they try to update de CTL file, but I not unsing a CTL

I hace a 2811 router with CME 4.1. anyone can tell me what's wrong

If the device security mode in the configuration file is set to Authenticated or Encrypted, but the phone has not received a CTL file, the phone will continuously try to obtain a CTL file so that it can register securely.
