9951 BLF SD not working

I have a 9951 With 1 color KEM set up. I have 5 BLF SD lines on the KEM, to provide call coverage for them by the person at the phone. All of these users are in the same call pickup group, and the BLF SD lines have the "pickup" box checked in the setup page.

However, when a call comes through for a user who is assigned a BLF SD on the 9951, there is no indication of any activity. No ringing, no buttons flashing, nothing. When the phone is idle, you can press a BLF SD and it calls the assigned line, it just doens't seem to be seeign incoming calls.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Evan,

Make sure that SUBSCRIBE CSS, assigned to the 9951, has access to the SD extensions.
