9951 disconnects calls

Hi,

 

We have 9951 phone that is disconnecting calls while talking. We have tried changing network cables, changed the switch to which the phone is connected and changed the replaced the phone with a new one, but still the problem remains.

Any help to resolve the problem will be highly appreciated.
