Hi Community,
I have configured a new phone button template for a 9951 ip phone, i have copied the Standard 9951 and added under #5 the Call Pickup feature.
Under phone configuration i have selected my new saved template, saved and restartet my phone.
No button does appear.
I made the same steps before on a 9971 and it worked like a charm.
Can anybody help me?

Is pickup enabled via feature control policy?

I have no feature policys configured at all, but Pickup is working on > 800 phones. The other phones are 69xx, 79xx and 9971 only.
