It should work as long as you're running the latest version of video advantage

Using CME in C2911-CME-SRST/K9,

I understand you can have video conference calls between multiple 9900 series IP phones. Can you include CUVA endpoints in those conferences using the 9900 series IP phones as the main phones in the conferences?

Look forward to your responce.

From CME ADMIN guide:

Video Hardware Conferencing

Video hardware conferencing requires provisioning a heterogeneous  DSPFarm video profile with the appropriate video codecs and resolutions.

Once the video profile is available, the SIP line side conference  creator can add any type of video-capable IP phone (Cisco Unified 7906,  7911, 7941, 7942, 7945, 7961, 7962, 7965, 7970, 7971, 7975, 8961, 9951,  and 9971 IP Phones) to create an ad-hoc or meet-me video conference.

For other participants, Cisco Unified Video Advantage (CUVA) and Cisco Unified 7985 SCCP IP Phones are also supported.

So, looks like CUVA can be a video conference participant.

Try the following command, if the problem still exist

ephone N

...

     video

     mtp both

...

After configuring that command in CME 8.6  the problem disappeared immediately

With best regards
