Hello,
Currently i am facing issues with 9951 and 9971 IP phones. Now they are registered on CME version 8.8, but they can make outbound calls somethimes and sometimes they cannot. Secondly, for one dial-pattern i can make a call and for another dial-pattern i cannot make calls. And i cannot see any call status on CME. I dont have issues with 79XX series of IP phones. Can anyone help me in this issue and assist me?
